Another week is coming to a close. Where does the time go?! Here’s a peak at my week.
We start them early in this house: diet coke is a staple of the Spencer diet. Just kidding (kind of). It was an almost empty cup of lemonade. But still, she was loving it!
These beautiful lilacs adorned the table at a lovely dinner with some great friends. Sigh. Love those people!
My sweet brought me a treat at work: a caramel hot chocolate (too bad the salted caramel hot chocolate is seasonal). Yummmm… I think he forgot to ask for it “skinny”. But, I just HAD to drink it anyways, right?!?
Maybe its sheer brilliance: a new black bean facial treatment? Or, maybe not.
It was a cool morning, so my oldest was making herself hot chocolate for her walk to school. Of course, who needs to ask for help when you can just climb onto the counters?
It was an early dismissal day and my kindergartner did not have school at all. It made for a longday. It seemed all though all of the other mommies (and some daddies) thought this through ahead of time as none of the other kids were home all afternoon, so my kids had no one but each other to play with–I know, so sad. We broke the routine by making a fort (if you know anything about me and my husband, this is a big deal). I think they liked it.
