Thanks to Pantone naming Tangerine Tango as color of the year for 2012, orange has become very prevalent in fashion and home decor. I was obsessed with it from the get go (see my initial post). I’ve always heard that orange was reserved for this not-so-sacred occasion, but I’m telling you, orange isn’t just for Halloween anymore!
I’m not much for dressing in costume–for any reason, not just Halloween. I feel awkward and uncomfortable. It is just not me. It is also not my style to wear Halloween themed items such as witch hat earrings, skull socks, orange and black striped leggings or a ghost necklace. Nope. Not going to happen. But orange? I can do that for sure. (Maybe not all of these items at the same time, though–wink wink.)
